Founded in 2003, Florez Engineering, Inc. is a privately owned Civil Engineering and Planning Company. We provide services throughout Southern California with headquarters location in San Diego, CA and another location in Orange County, CA. Graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1989, Frank Florez, P.E. and Principal of the firm, has 20+ years experience in the Civil Engineering field. Mr. Florez works on a wide range of jobs in residential, commercial and public works development throughout San Diego County. Tom Wiedemann, a graduate from San Diego State has over 10 years experience and helps with project management in Orange County.
