UNION BANK
Santee – This commercial site required an ALTA survey to show all existing features for their proposed building improvements. An ADA Access ramp was designed throughout the parking lot and new pavement and curbs/gutters were required.

Market Street Commercial
Commercial property located near downtown San Diego. The client proposes to demolish one of two buildings onsite and regrade the property to accomodate a larger building. Eleven foot retaining walls at the rear of the parcel are proposed to make the building pad area larger. The existing commercial building to remain, will be at grade with new drainage and small retaining walls surrounding the building.
