WARDEN RESIDENCE
Rancho Bernardo – This site is a fire rebuild from the
2007 Witch Creek Fire. The existing site was completely redesigned with a grading plan providing a large pad for
a custom home in a desireable area.
TEHACHAPI, LLC
Poway – These 3 parcels in the beautiful Green Valley area of Poway are being designed to preserve the existing wetlands on site and provide large graded pads for 3 large spec homes, including bringing the frontage street and cul-de-sac to the current standards for the fire department.
OBERST RESIDENCE: 2 Acre Parcel
Rancho Sante Fe – The grading design for this site utilized the natural topography and keystone walls to allow for a large building pad for a custom home. The earthwork design was balanced between cut and fill onsite, so that no import or export of soil was needed during construction. Permits for grading were needed with from the County of San Diego and the California Coastal Commission.
TANG RESIDENCE
This steep slope lot in Diamond Bar, CA was a challenging custom home site. The grading and architecture had to be stepped down from the street at different levels to reduce retaining wall and stem wall heights. The client also wanted
a tennis court on his property, so creative grading and the use of retaining walls not exceeding 6' in height were used to accommodate the flat pad for the tennis court. Areas on the site were also created for planter box and landscaping to enhance the aesthetic value of the property. |
