Founded in 2003, Florez Engineering, Inc. is a privately-owned Civil Engineering and Planning company in San Diego, CA. Frank Florez, PE and Principal of the firm, has 18 years of experience in the field. Graduating with honors from Cal Poly San Louis Obispo in 1989, with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Florez has worked on many diverse jobs in residential, commercial and public works development throughout San Diego County . With an excellent reputation and work ethic, the repeat customers and referrals have made the company what it is today.
A diverse staff of sub consultants provide Florez Engineering, Inc. with an excellent team approach to completing projects efficiently. Surveying, Geotechnical, Septic design, Architecture and Landscape design services can also be provided along with the Planning and Civil Engineering we specialize in.
