DEWINDT PROPERTY
This project required over a 1/4 mile improvements to the existing roads to bring the private roads to current county standards. This included drainage design and water quality studies to meet the State of California's Clean Water Act.

STEWART PROPERTY
This 20 acre rural Parcel in Jamul, required almost 1/2 mile of driveway/road improvements and grading to get to the desired house pad. To minimize the amount of earthwork, the design of the road followed the natural ridge line as much as possible. All required offsite easements were created and recorded for legal access to the property and pad.
