About Frank Florez
Frank Florez, Principal of the firm has over 20 years experience in the Civil Engineering field, mapping anything from Highway design to subdivision development. A professionally licensed engineer since 1996, Mr. Florez has always been motivated to suceed, whether it be as an executive officer in his college fraternity or in his current involvement in The American Society of Civil Engineers.
In his spare time, Mr. Florez enjoys sporting events, camping and hiking in the mountains and listening to live music.
About Will Huyler
Will Huyler graduated from San Diego State University in Civil Engineering. Will has strived to become a more rounded engineer ranging from survey mapping to hydrology and bmp site design. He is continuously looking for new ways to complete projects with the utmost efficiency on paper and in the field. He value-engineers projects in order to keep costs down through the use of retaining wall design and the appropriate features for the site.

About Vince Mercado
Vince Mercado is a highly talented and dedicated civil design engineer with over 25 year' of planning and designing of commercial, subdivisions and public works. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from California University, FCE, Los Angeles, California and Bachelor of Science degree in architecture from Far Eastern University, IARFA, Manila, Philippines. He developes designs to satisfy technical specifications, ensures quality of design and documentation throughout the design process. He performs field checks of project sites or surveys areas to verify survey results or features. He also oordinates public works engineering activities with private architectural firms, developers and the public.

About Dennis Furman, P.E.
PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER
Dennis is a California licensed civil engineer have worked in the greater San Diego area, both public works and community development, his whole career. Dennis started his career in public works preparing plans and specifications for facilities development within U.S. Navy and Air Force bases, waterfront facilities for the San Diego Port District and capital improvements for the City and County of San Diego. Dennis migrated to community site and infrastructure development with a technical forte in hydrology and hydraulics maintaining current his expertise in storm water management, especially with solutions for treating and attenuating storm water runoff and conformance to the Hydro-modification policy. Dennis has prepared plans and managed numerous civil design projects placing the highest importance on producing a set of plans that is clear, accurate and biddable.
Dennis’s knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and project approval process in both public works and community development has helped him in this goa
About Tom Wiedemann
Tom Wiedmann is an expert in complex land development planning and project management. He is proficient in detailed creative engineering designs with the goal of integrating the proposed project with the existing topography.
Using well thought out design standards to create a cost-effective and carefully engineered project, he remains focused on the client’s development goals.
