4 Plus acre site in Chula Vista. A marijana grow facility is being proposed (largest in San Diego) with 4 warehouses and a large parking area in case future use requires industrial/commercial use. Landscaped areas and underground storage chambers are being used for storm drain runoff control. The site design has to accomodate fire turning radius throughout the property. This project also required a conditional use permit.
