San marcos – this commercial site of a former gas station is being converted into a drive-thru sonic fast food property. Careful thought went into making sure all add requirements were met and sufficient parking was created in anticipation of more traffic and people frequenting a busy restaurant. Drainage is being directed into proposed landscaped areas to clean the water before it leaves the site. Currently, a discretionary site plan review and and construction documents are being processed for this project. Click here to download pdf.
