La Mesa – A 100,000 plus sq. foot facility, the Storquest state of the art self storage is more like luxurious office building in it’s appearance and will be a prominent feature from the freeway. The existing 2+ acre site is being planned for demolition in the upcoming months. The redeveloped self storage facility will use bio-detention basins for meeting the State and local drainage and water quality measures. The site is also adjacent to the I-8 freeway, so plans also need to be processed with CALTRANS for ultimate plan approval..
