Escondido – This site is being considered for demolition and in its place, a new Taco Bell building site layout featuring improved parking and drive-through traffic flow, along with a new office building is being proposed. A new grading plan showing required onsite and offsite grading/improvements was prepared and plans are now being processed with the City of Escondido. Bio-retention planting and Filterra flow-through planters have also been proposed for water quality measures that comply with local and state requirements.
