Arco in Spring Valley

This existing commercial site in Spring Valley was redeveloped into a new Arco gas station and convenience store. Florez Engineering provided civil engineering construction plans and permitting for new pump site with underground tanks and additional parking and pedestrian access for the newly constructed store. A large bio-basin was used for stormwater treatment and retention. New public improvements for the property frontage were required for wet utility upgrades and new curb, gutter, sidewalk and street trees. We are now involved with construction support where needed.
