Event Center in San Clemente

This redevelopment site is located half a block from the Pacific Ocean, in San Clemente. The old bowling alley was demolished while preserving the existing Event Center for historical benefits. We took the construction below surface to provide additional parking and the street level will include a completely redone interior for the Event Center, new restaurants and other outdoor dinning areas with views of the ocean. Florez Engineering provided all the civil engineering design, drainage and civil engineering permitting. We will continue working as construction support for this project.
