Ocean Park Villas

This oceanfront site is over 1/2 acre and located in ocean beach. A discretionary permit was needed for the proposed demolition of the existing apartments, along with the new development of 12 condominiums, with underground parking. The surrounding alley's were vacated, allowing for a slightly higher density. All entitlements for the new development, including a final condo map were obtained or support was provided by florez engineering. Public improvements proposed are new sidewalks as well as additional funds to the city of san diego for improvements of the surrounding parkland.
